Lehman今天结束了的第一个面试. 30分钟的面试只进行了短短13分钟.感觉不是一般的糟糕.

总结一下罢,也算是为后来的自己增加些经验.

The first question: Introduce yourself.

2nd Q: Why I-Banking?

3rd Q: Experience in your last internship

4th Q: Describes a specific task you did in your internship

5th Q: Leisure time.

6th Q: Define your stressful time.


回头想想,我觉得自己的回答过于Straightfoward,又不懂得用问题来展现自己的长处,人家自然没有兴趣咯.

3rd Q: Too nervious too arrange my speech - I was totally out of order and even tried to find a proper English word for three seconds!

4th Q: More screwed up

5th Q: Why don'tI talk about some leadership experience in my Resume? Instead, I JG About film and cooking bizzarre ... ...

6th Q: academic response is usually not welcomed in this question - also, why do not you talk about your experience as an ESL student - that could have impressed her more!


今天电话面试的失败:

1. English! English! English! Think fast but speak slowly!

2. Use all kinds of opportunities to present yourself! Think Beyond the question.

3. Prepare a question to ask them
